WHAT: For one night only, comedians John Oliver and Seth Meyers will be performing their stand-up acts. The event is hosted by the Student Center Programs Council. Tickets are available at the Student Center Ticket Office for $15 with Buzzcard (two tickets limit per student).

WHAT: President Peterson and other senior leadership representatives will participate in an open forum concerning the impact of the Tech budget cuts.

MissionZero.org Meeting
WHAT: Helped founded by Tech, Mission Zero is an online community that promotes discussion about sustainability issues. For their August meeting for their local meet-up group, Maria Kinstler, the sustainability director at Tech will be speaking.

Crime Prevention and Awareness Night
WHAT: In response to the increase in campus crime at Tech this summer, SGA has teamed up with the GTPD and Atlanta Police Department to raise awareness of safety and crime prevention on campus. The event will feature Tech and Atlanta police officers, SGA representatives, and victims of the crimes. All students and local area residents are welcome to come.
