Golf team loses in NCAA regional
The Tech Golf team failed to reach the NCAA Championship round for the first time in program history last weekend. The Jackets finished in 15th place finishing seven shots behind the cutoff. Chesson Hadley finished 12th with a score of nine over par.
Softball dropped in NCAA first round
Matched up against No. 1 Florida, the Jackets had a tough time keeping runs off the board. The Gators beat Tech 7-2 in the opener. They beat South Florida 9-2 in their second game, but were eliminated by Central Florida 7-1.
